You Are Invisible
By Susan Saunders
You and your family have just moved into a big old house. It will take a lot of work to get the place into shape. Today you and your friend Robert are clearing out the attic. You are looking through old newpapers, mysterious boxes, and some rusty tin trunks.
You open a trunk. It's filled with strange-looking clothing: a shiny beaded dress, a checkered vest, and a long cape with a hood. The cape looks gray, but when you pull it out of the trunk, it shimmers with all the colors of the rainbow.
You put the cape on. It covers you from the top of your head to the tip of your toes. But it's so light you barely feel it.
You walk over to a cracked mirror in the corner of the attic to take a look at yourself.
